About Insomnia 2026

Insomnia 2026 — the flagship competitive programming contest of MNNIT Allahabad — was held on Saturday, April 11, 2026 on Codeforces. Following the classic ACM-ICPC format, it challenged teams of up to three members to solve a curated set of algorithmic problems of increasing difficulty in an intense 3.5-hour showdown of speed, logic, and teamwork.

The contest was proctored, and teams had to follow the proctoring guidelines to stay eligible for prize money.

With a total prize pool of ₹26,400, the winnings were split across the Top 3 Global teams, the Top 3 MNNIT teams, and the Fastest Solver of each problem.
